We are looking for a Planning Consultant, a talented, fun, collaborative person willing to bring added knowledge to our highly specialized team. Key responsibilities:
- Drive and support end-to-end supply chain transformations in line with clients’ business challenges.
- Define, optimize, and implement product and service supply chain planning processes and operating models aligned with industry best practices.
- Transfer detailed functional requirements and priorities highlighted with client business stakeholders to the Accenture system integration team.
- Plan and monitor implementation activities to support the timely achievement of expected results.
- Demonstrate knowledge of supply chain planning processes and related systems.
- Leverage Accenture assets tools and Agile methodology to accelerate and manage transformations.
Qualifications:
- Years of experience in consulting is preferred.
- Years of experience preferred in Service supply chain
- Preferred experience with planning tools like IBP (SAP), OMP, o9, Kinaxis, Servigistics, Anaplan.
- If no experience, willing to certificate in 1 or more of the solutions before mentioned.
- Ability to conduct workshops, gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design to-be solutions, design configuration rationale, and create functional designs.
Professional Skill Requirements:
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management skills are required.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Desire to work in a Strategy Consultancy environment, with exposure to an information systems environment.
- High level of flexibility: to explore other Supply Chain areas and functional projects not limited to Supply Chain Planning
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow-through to resolve any outstanding issues.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and support multiple clients.
Education:
- Bachelor required
- Preferred business (BBA or Economics) or superior engineering degrees
- High level of English is mandatory
