Position: Sales Representative

Location: Málaga - 1 block from Alameda Principal

2:15 PM – 10:15 PM (Málaga time)

Full-time | 39 hrs/week

Salary: €25,000/year On-Target Earnings

Reports To: Sales Manager

About the Role

Solturo Solutions SL is hiring on behalf of Bunny Home Care for a motivated Sales Representative to support inbound and outbound sales, build strong client relationships in the U.S., and contribute to a fast-growing, multicultural team.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with clients, and developing a sales career within a diverse, multicultural team.

What You'll Do

- Handle inbound & outbound sales calls in English and another language
- Build relationships with families & healthcare clients in the U.S.
- Follow up with leads and close deals
- Keep CRM data (HubSpot/Salesforce) up-to-date
- Work with Marketing & Client Success to provide excellent service

Requirements:

- Fluency in English + one more language
- 3+ years in sales (B2B or B2C), ideally in international or multilingual settings
- Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Comfortable with U.S. time zones (shift is 2–10 PM Málaga time)
- Strong communicator, positive, proactive attitude, highly organized, goal-oriented
- Experience in healthcare or U.S. markets. Big plus!
- Quick to adapt, and always looking to learn and improve.
