Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and independent Intelligence Analyst / OSINT Investigator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for independently collecting, validating, analyzing, and connecting publicly available information from multiple online sources. Your work will directly produce actionable intelligence that supports key enforcement decisions and drives our business objectives forward.

What You Will Do

- Conduct Complex Investigations: Lead deep-dive online investigations across e-commerce marketplaces, social media, websites, domains, and the broader open web.
- Threat Actor Attribution: Identify and attribute infringing sellers or threat actors by connecting digital identifiers (e.g., social accounts, domains, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, corporate records, and shipping data).
- Project & Vendor Management: Oversee investigative projects from inception to completion, including coordinating with external vendors and managing outsourced tasks efficiently.
- Process Design: Design,



refine, and implement scalable investigative processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and intelligence gathering.
- Customer-Facing Engagement: Act as a subject matter expert in client-facing interactions, presenting complex investigative findings clearly and aligning intelligence outputs with customer needs.
- Evidence Management: Perform rigorous source validation and evidence collection, ensuring all findings are documented in a defensible, repeatable, and legally sound manner.
- Intelligence Reporting: Produce clear, intelligence-led investigation reports that offer actionable recommendations for stakeholders and enforcement teams.
- Lead Development: Go beyond simply gathering information—think analytically to identify hidden patterns, transform raw online data into strategic intelligence, and develop new investigative leads.
