Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
- Create and execute automated test cases using Robot Framework.
- Develop reusable test scripts and testing utilities using Python.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Analyse test results, identify defects, and provide detailed reporting.
- Contribute to test framework enhancements and automation best practices.
- Support release activities and ensure quality standards are met across all environments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the software testing and QA processes.

Required Skills & Experience





- Strong experience in Test Automation Engineering.
- Hands-on expertise with Robot Framework.
- Strong Python scripting and automation development skills.
- Experience automating API and web application testing.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Experience using test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience within the Energy & Banking sector.
