We're partnering with a leading global Biotech organisation undergoing an exciting Global Digital Transformation Programme and are seeking an experienced consultant to help drive CRM Adoption, user engagement, training and operational excellence across international markets.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile integral initiative, working with stakeholders across multiple countries to support the successful rollout of new Digital Capabilities, tools and ways of working.

The Opportunity

You will be involved in:

- Supporting CRM Readiness and adoption activities across global markets.
- Creating engaging training materials, communications and onboarding resources.
- Delivering training and supporting users through periods of change and transformation.
- Developing playbooks,



best practice guides and scalable support materials.
- Identifying process improvements and helping drive operational efficiencies.
- Working closely with international teams to ensure successful adoption of Digital Tools and Processes.
- Supporting global rollout, onboarding and user adoption initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- Experience supporting CRM, Digital Transformation, Enablement, Training or Change Management initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently within a fast-moving global environment.
- Experience creating training content, support documentation or user guidance.
- Consultancy, Project Delivery or Business Transformation experience would be highly beneficial.
- Experience working across multiple countries or international teams.
