The Role Our commercial organisation has outgrown its processes. We need someone to own Revenue Operations end to end and build the operating system that Sales, Marketing and Customer Success run on: a clean CRM, reliable pipeline and forecasting data, dashboards leadership actually trusts, and workflows that scale without turning into bureaucracy.
Administer and continuously improve our CRM and revenue tech stack (Pipedrive today, plus surrounding tooling)
Safeguard CRM data quality, governance and process consistency — while keeping adoption high
Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline management, territory planning and sales performance
Support GTM initiatives,



product launches and pricing/packaging changes from the operational side
Strong B2B SaaS background, ideally in a high-growth scale-upHands‑on, advanced CRM administration (Pipedrive, HubSpot or comparable) — you build it yourself, you don't brief someone else to do it
~ Strong communication across technical and commercial audiences, and the ability to influence without formal authority
~ Excellent English (our working language)

Experience in Compliance, RegTech, FinTech or Cybersecurity
Pipedrive and HubSpot expertise
Exposure to SLG, PLG or hybrid GTM models
Data warehouse and BI tooling (e.g. dbt, Metabase, ClickHouse, Snowflake, Looker, Power BI)
