Plant Project Engineer
Czech Republic – Prague, Decin, Litvinov
• Contract: Permanent.
Experience: Project engineering within industrial, engineering, EPC, manufacturing, energy or process industries (preferred).
Education: Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
Support the development and execution of industrial gas and plant projects across Central and Southern Europe.
Act as a key technical contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Support Project Managers in delivering larger capital projects.
Lead smaller projects, taking ownership for scope, budget, schedule, safety and technical quality.
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, contractors and consultants to achieve project objectives.
Manage activities including engineering design, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning and start‑up as required.
Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with Air Products standards, procedures and safety requirements.
Monitor project performance and provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.
Support proposal development, scope definition, resource planning and cost estimation activities.
Identify and manage project risks,



changes and opportunities throughout project execution.
Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
Experience in project engineering or delivery within an industrial or technical environment.
Broad technical knowledge of engineering disciplines such as process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation or controls engineering.
Understanding of project management principles and engineering work processes.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, contractors and suppliers.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Professional level English language skills (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel for site inspections, construction activities, commissioning and start‑up support across the region.
