Someone who can initially act as our Head of Sales & Influencer Marketing in Spain, winning agencies and enterprise brands, running successful campaigns, building our go-to-market playbook, and eventually hiring and leading the local team.

Recruit and lead the Spanish team as the market grows

5–6+ years of experience in a Spanish marketing, digital or influencer marketing agency
~ A strong network among agencies, brands and marketing decision-makers in Spain
~ Proven experience in sales, business development or account management
~ Strong understanding of influencer marketing and campaign execution
~ Native or fluent Spanish and strong English
