SFAI Global is looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager – Europe to lead and develop our presence across the European market.

The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening relationships with member firms and strategic partners, identifying business opportunities, coordinating regional initiatives, and supporting the long-term growth of our international network.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop SFAI Global's presence across the European market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with member firms and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for collaboration.
- Support the growth, engagement, and development of member firms across the region.
- Coordinate regional initiatives, meetings, and activities.
- Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among member firms.
- Represent SFAI Global in relevant professional and business environments.
- Work closely with the integral team to implement strategic initiatives and strengthen the network's international presence.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:





- Fluent English and Spanish – mandatory.
- Proven experience in accounting, audit, consulting, tax, or other professional services firms.
- Strong understanding of the management, structure, and services of accounting or professional services firms.
- Experience managing teams, partners, clients, and professional relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication, business development, and networking skills.
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
- Ability to coordinate regional initiatives, identify business opportunities, and build strong relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness and ability to work across different European markets and cultures.

Highly Valued

- Experience within an international accounting network or professional services organization.
- Knowledge of French or German will be highly valued.
