5 Real Estate is an award winning fixed fee international estate agent, and due to our continued expansion, we require a Real Estate Agent to join our established and growing team covering our offices in the Murcia Region.

Job Role: As a Real Estate Agent, your duties will include:

- Attending viewing appointments with clients looking to buy a property, presenting our business and services.
- Understanding the client's requirements, showing properties that match their needs and wants.
- Attending listing appointments with potential sellers, presenting our unique proposition to acquire new property listings.
- Building a strong rapport with new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Presenting all offers received to the 5 Real Estate Lead Negotiators.
- Providing viewing feedback to property owners after each viewing appointment.
- Keeping abreast of the latest trends in the local property market and industry advancements.




- Utilising internal CRM platforms to effectively manage your pipeline of buyers and client interactions.

Qualifications:

- Must speak fluent English and Spanish (other languages are advantageous)
- Superior communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Outstanding organisational competencies with the capacity to handle multiple viewing clients and client relationships concurrently.
- Full and valid driving license

Pay: 24,000.00€ - 40,000.00€ per year
