Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the Account Executive team.
Experience utilizing sales engagement platforms and CRM systems (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) to manage daily workflow.
Previous experience in SaaS, particularly within e-commerce, search technology, or digital marketing tools.




Familiarity with fast-paced startup settings or high-volume sales environments.
German: Fluent proficiency (required for communicating with target prospects in the DACH region).
English or Spanish: Fully in-office position at our Madrid headquarters.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00-18:00; Onboarding: Full one-month training covering our product portfolio, outreach framework, and sales process.
Variable Performance Pay (Uncapped): Target bonus of €600 per month, with scaled multipliers for meeting volume:
~Quarterly Incentive: Maintaining an average performance level of 150% across a full quarter retroactively applies the 3.0x multiplier to all three months.
Permanent contract (Indefinido) starting from day one.
Paid Leave: 22 standard vacation days, along with fully paid holiday leave from December 24 to December 31.
