The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing key client relationships, and providing outstanding customer support. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new leads, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets within the designated region. The role requires a strong understanding of the electronic security industry and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to diverse audiences.

This is a hybrid role that blends the flexibility of working from home with occasional travel to the company's office in the Netherlands, as well as regular visits to customers throughout the region. This role provides a great deal of autonomy in how you get the work done, and the organization is very flat so you'll have opportunities to reach out to anyone. We are seeking a highly motivated, honest, and goal-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in a sales role.

- At least 5 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven history of exceeding targets
- Background in the electronic security industry, furniture industry, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated, loyal, honest, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English and Spanish is required
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
