What You’ll Do:
- Greet and Assist: Be the friendly face welcoming passengers at the airport
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to every VIP customer
- Smooth Operations: Help with check-in and boarding at the gates as well as checking passports and travel documents
- Customers Safety: Make sure our customers have a smooth and safe journey through the airport on their way back home from their holiday
- Safety and Security: Following the necessary safety and security procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player with a friendlyand positive attitude
- Fluent in Spanish and English:
- Flexibility to work across rotational shifts - weekendsand bank holidays:
- Calm under pressure- especially when managing challenging customers
- Previous experience is a plus, but we’ll provide full training
