We operate general VSAT networks from our own teleports & HUBs located in Palma de Mallorca, Germany, Netherlands, Chile, USA and Australia. As part of our integral, end-to end solutions we design, implement and support onboard IT networks.

From our human resources department we are looking for a profile that assists us and helps us in all areas related to people in our company, we are a growing company with many plans and initiatives for improvement that we seek to make our company the best place to work.

What you will do
- Responsible for managing employee benefits, managing the company's free lunch on Thursdays, managing employee occupancy of flats, organizing different annual events, and organizing employee visits to the office,



issuing monthly bonus letters to employees, or benefit letters.
- Participate in the preparation of different surveys such as engagement or recruiting process satisfaction surveys, performance reviews, career path and company culture programs, interpretation of the results, generation of reports, and training, as well as participating or assisting in all strategic plans and policies of the department.
- Enter the monthly shifts in the time management platform, follow up on holidays and sick leave of employees.
- Prepare documentation for employee visits to the shipyards.
- Responsible for risk prevention management, signing of documentation, management of medical examination appointments, and organization of PRL trainings
