The Role:
The risk pricing manager will lead a team of 2 analysts with the aim of delivering our profit and growth targets for home.
Key Accountabilities:
- Prioritising team resource and workstack items to help achieve our home profit and growth targets
- Analysing various data sources (including loss, policy,quoteand market data), toidentifyopportunities to improve our risk pricing.
- Developing & delivering new insight, including the integration of new data, new innovativetechniquesand ways of working
- Working closely with Actuarial, Data Science, Underwriting, Data Engineering, Account Management, Retail and Counter Fraud / Digital teams
- Critically review technical models produced by actuaries and data scientists
- Analyse the above models todeterminetheoptimalway to combine these model outputs to improve the pricing algorithm
