Customer Service Administrator, Full-time | Office Based Salary: €24,000 + bonus

Castellbisbal Our client is looking to recruit a customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Castellbisbal. This is a varied role supporting customers, processing orders and working closely with sales, warehouse and logistics teams.
Manage promotions to support product sales.
Work closely with sales and other departments to support customers.
Ideally 3 years' customer service experience.
Fluent in both Spanish and English.
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Monday-Thursday: 08:30-17:30.
One day per week working remotely following successful completion of probation.
Holiday entitlement in accordance with the collective agreement.
