What you will do * Plan and implement 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs aligned to regional and country business priorities, goals, and client needs, working closely with local marketing teams and partnering with campaign and divisional teams. * Collaborate with business leadership and the ABM Director for Europe & LATAM to identify, prioritize, and develop ABM programs for key accounts and cluster campaigns based on client insights. * Work with account teams, subject matter experts,



and centers of excellence or agency partners to develop tailored messaging that positions the organization effectively with target stakeholders. * Support the delivery of appropriate ABM tactics for global campaigns and brand initiatives, leveraging existing assets creatively while developing customized content and campaigns when needed. * Establish measurable objectives for ABM programs aligned with integral marketing KPIs, ensuring clear tracking to demonstrate ABM adoption, performance, and contribution to business goals. * Manage marketing budgets effectively to execute ABM activities with a positive return on investment. * Use insights and analytics to evolve ABM initiatives and focus on building marketing-impacted pipeline.
