About the Role
We are looking for a Change Management and Training Managerto support the delivery and adoption of strategic initiatives across Europe.
This role focuses on ensuring that new systems, processes, and ways of working are successfully implemented and adopted by the business. You will combine project coordination, structured change management, and training enablement to help teams adapt and operate effectively during various transformation programs.
What You'll Do
- Support European transformation initiatives involving systems, processes, and operational improvements:
- Lead change management activities such as stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness planning
- Develop and execute communication, training, and adoption plans:
- Create and maintain training materials and documentation for business users
- Work with functional teams and IT partners to support effective implementation and knowledge transfer
- Engage stakeholders across the organisation to support successful change adoption
- Coordinate change project activities, milestones, risks, and dependencies
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experiencein change management, training content development and business adoption roles
- Experience working in cross-functional and multi-country environments:
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies:
- Ability to translate business processes and systems into clear training and enablement materials:
- Excellent stakeholder management, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently given the multi-locatio
