Your Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Ready to launch (or accelerate) your sales career in cybersecurity? We're seeking an energetic, curious and driven team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll learn quickly and play a key role in helping organizations stay ahead of sophisticated attackers.
From day one, you'll receive hands-on training, from NDR and NPM fundamentals to modern sales development techniques, so you can confidently start conversations, book qualified calls and build a strong pipeline.
What You’ll Do
- Research and proactively target companies showing buying intent
- Engage CISOs, IT/security leaders and key decision-makers
- Articulate how Redborder's KAS platform uncovers threats that traditional tools miss
- Secure discovery meetings and drive consistent pipeline growth
- Partner with marketing on lead nurturing and high-impact campaigns
- Experiment, share winning tactics and evolve alongside a high-performing team
What We’re Looking For
- Native or fluent English (additional languages are a strong plus)
- Minimum 6 months of outbound sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Ambitious and eager to outperform
- Strong communicator with natural curiosity and smart, probing questions
- Resilient and adaptable, thrives when things move quickly
