About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to join our team and take ownership of bar operations, team leadership, and guest experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, strong financial performance, and an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities:
Operations & Financial Management
- Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth service
- Manage budgets, costs, inventory, and ordering processes




- Monitor sales performance and support revenue growth
- Ensure accurate drink costing and pricing optimization
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate with vendors
- Team Leadership & Guest Experience
- Lead, train, and motivate bar staff
- Organize schedules and ensure efficient shift coverage
- Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Strategy & Performance
- Track performance metrics and operational efficiency
- Support implementation of promotions and bar strategies
- Continuously improve processes and guest experience

Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in bar operations or hospitality
- Previous experience as bartender, head bartender, or bar manager
- Experience in high-volume service environments
- Strong understanding of cost control and inventory management
- Experience with team leadership and staff scheduling
