The UK Business Development team
Our purpose is to identify the companies in the UK that can scale by cutting costs and boosting productivity with the best tech builders, and match them with freelance talent through our platform.
As a Business Developer you own your market : you build, manage and grow a portfolio of UK clients, building something from scratch in a market with huge potential. You'll be based in Madrid, with occasional travel to the UK for marketing events and client meetings.
Win deals through insight — you understand each company's pains and goals and communicate our value proposition so well that they adopt and scale freelance talent.




Turn accounts into new business — you run account-based strategies to uncover new opportunities within existing clients.
Run your book like a business — you own and report your KPIs, pipeline, account plans and forecasts weekly and monthly.
Deliver with the team — you work closely with Talent and Ops to make sure freelance teams land successfully in your accounts.
Have 2–7 years of experience in business development, client management, tech sales, consulting or similar roles in the startup or tech ecosystem.
Are fluent in English (native or bilingual) and fluent in Spanish ; Understand UK business culture and are comfortable engaging with both startups and large corporations.
