European Climate Foundation in Madrid seeks an independent consultant to provide programme coordination, operational support and stakeholder engagement services for the Spain Programme over an 18-month period.
The consultant will manage information systems, reporting, grant processes and event coordination, working with diverse stakeholders and aligning with climate and energy transition objectives. Presence in the Madrid office is required at least four times per month.
