THE JOURNEY

1. Forecast Execution & Monitoring
- Own riders demand forecasts at city-hour level, tracking forecast accuracy and continuously optimize performance.
- Collaborate with local teams to collect insights and make decisions on application of them.

2. Data, Tools & Process Improvement
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to visualize key metrics and trends.
- Simplify and automate forecasting processes, collaborating with tech teams to implement scalable solutions.

3. Operational Insights & Recommendations
- Translate forecasts into actionable recommendations for rider allocation, operational planning, and efficiency optimization.
- Collaborate with local operations and other stakeholders to validate forecasts and identify proactive adjustments.
- Analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies to improve resource planning and overall service performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role,



preferably within the logistics, e-commerce, or gig economy sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data accurately and extract actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
