As Team Leader, you will lead the commercial engine of one of TP’s most strategic new programs. Your responsibilities will include: * Overseeing the full sales cycle across multiple EMEA markets. * Driving outbound pipeline generation and ensuring consistent host acquisition performance. * Leading high-quality consultative engagements with professional property managers. * Collaborating with Airbnb’s Growth and Marketplace teams to refine targeting strategies and optimize outreach cadences. * Building and scaling a high-performing multilingual sales team from the ground up. * Leveraging data-driven insights to improve acquisition workflows and performance. * English level: Proficient (C1)
