DTC Client Lead

Company Overview
Our client is a fast-growing US-Based direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand that helps healthcare and wellness clients to drive sustainable growth through strong marketing, creative, customer experience, and operational execution. They are looking for a highly organized, commercially minded professional who can act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their goals are translated into clear priorities, strategies, and execution.
This is a remote role working closely with U.S.-based clients and internal teams across marketing, creative, media buying, and operations.

Work Schedule
- Full-time
- Remote — LATAM preferred
- Must have significant overlap with U.S. business hours
- Strong English communication skills required

Role Overview
We are looking for a DTC Client Lead who can take ownership of client relationships while maintaining a strong understanding of e-commerce growth and marketing.
You will serve as the bridge between the client and internal teams, making sure priorities are clear, projects move forward,



and clients have confidence in the work being delivered.
The idóneo candidate is commercially minded, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable discussing DTC performance, marketing strategy, creative, customer acquisition, and growth opportunities with clients.
This is not simply an account management role. We are looking for someone who can understand the business behind the numbers, identify opportunities, challenge assumptions when necessary, and help drive the client toward measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned DTC clients.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and understand their business objectives, challenges, and growth goals.
