Job Mission
The main objective of the Retail People & Culture Manager position is to lead human resources strategies to ensure a positive and productive work environment within the company's stores, aligned with Camper's values and organizational culture.

Description Of Responsibilities
Talent Development and Management

Design and execute talent acquisition, development and retention strategies.

Conduct inclusive and diverse selection processes, ensuring alignment with company values.

Team Development

Lead, inspire and motivate the retail team to achieve common goals.
