Sitting at the intersection of marketing automation, lead activation, and SDR enablement, you'll play a critical role in building and optimising the programmes that convert leads into pipeline.Reporting to the Global Lifecycle Strategy Manager, you'll work within a growing team of specialists, contributing to the global lifecycle motion while owning French market execution end-to-end.What You Will Be DoingLead Activation & Lifecycle ExecutionBuild and execute activation and reactivation sequences for French market leads, targeting the right triggers, timing,



and channels.Manage lead nurturing flows, onboarding programmes, and re-engagement campaigns across the funnel.Support lead scoring and lifecycle stage management in alignment with integral criteria defined by the team.SDR Enablement & Marketing AlignmentTranslate lifecycle campaigns into actionable SDR sequences and outreach plays tailored to the French market.Coordinate with SDRs to ensure seamless lead routing, follow-up SLAs, and clear campaign context at handoff.Collaborate with Field Marketing to turn events and campaigns into full-funnel, multi-touch sequences.Automation & AI-Powered OperationsIdentify and implement automation opportunities to improve funnel velocity and conversion rates.Use AI-assisted tools for copywriting, sequence creation, and outreach personalisation at scale.Contribute to the team's AI tooling experimentation, testing new approaches for segmentation and lead prioritisation.Tools,
