As part of our growth, we are hiring a Technical Support Specialist OT (m/f/d) to support the Service Department, contributing to the reliable operation and continuous support of wind turbine control and operational technology systems, ensuring high service standards across our fleet and supporting the effective resolution of technical challenges in an international environment by performing the following key tasks:
Provide technical experise to support in assisting remotely field technicians with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems software and hardware for the wind turbine's control and OT systems
Ensure the uptime, performance, resource availability, and security of the wind turbine OT components and their parametrization (PCMS - parameter comparison management system)
Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or related field
~ For foreign qualifications, recognition as the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is required
~3+ years of experience on SCADA and Network environments
~ Experience with SQL and communication protocols
