About the Role
The Sr. Sales Programs Analyst supports the development, execution, and measurement of sales programs designed to accelerate pipeline growth, improve seller productivity, and drive revenue outcomes. This role partners with Sales Programs leaders, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Enablement, and Sales stakeholders to coordinate program activities, analyse performance results, and identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness. Sales Programs Analyst is responsible for gathering and interpreting sales and pipeline data, tracking program performance, maintaining reporting and dashboards, and helping ensure successful execution of sales initiatives. The idóneo candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with project coordination skills and a passion for improving sales performance through data-driven insights. Works under general supervision while developing expertise in sales programs, pipeline generation, sales performance management, and go-to-market execution.

Assist in developing program plans, timelines, communications, and performance tracking mechanisms.
