As a Supply Operations lead, you will play a key role in the market: you will be the ultimate owner for optimizing key operations performance indicators across several cities in the country. Your role will be directly responsible for improving Customer and Couriers’ experience across their whole journey, making them grow and improve user experience. This role is for a senior leader within Glovo’s Operations team,



dedicated to enhancing the experience of our couriers and partners while optimizing overall delivery operations. Analyse data obsessively to identify trends and build successful implementation strategies for our operations in our key cities.
Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing by working cross-functionally with colleagues from local team and HQ to execute impactful projects and foster a culture of learning.
Assessment of strategic opportunities, performance of a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
Support with special projects from risks assessments to potential forecast of any opportunities (e.g. competitors analysis, ROI of budget increase/reinvestment).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Statistics or related field.
~ Proficiency in SQL and Excel is a must.
~ Fluency in English.
~ Experience managing stakeholders in a matrix organization, or deploying projects across multiple countries, is a plus.
