AI-native engineering mindset.Experience and Technical Depth5+ years as a Full-stack engineer or similar role.3+ years leading engineering teams.Strong experience designing APIs (REST, GraphQL, etc.) You understand scalability, performance, and quality as real constraints and have dealt with them in production.Business MindsetBeing a great Engineering Manager at Factorial means caring about more than the code.
