Verisure España is seeking a senior Customer Value Management leader to drive retention and loyalty initiatives across the installed base. You will own the end-to-end retention strategy, identify churn drivers, and execute proactive actions to maximize CLV and long-term profitability.
You will collaborate with Operations, Customer Care, Marketing, Sales and Analytics to design and implement lifecycle programs, optimize offers, and monitor key retention metrics across the portfolio.
