Senior UX Researcher - (Hybrid)
We're seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our UX Research team in Barcelona (hybrid). We are looking for a Senior User Researcher to become the dedicated research and intelligence partner for Prime, the heart of eDreams ODIGEO’s business. 5 brands: eDreams, GO Voyages, Opodo, Travellink, and the metasearch engine Liligo

Synthesize user feedback, behavioral data, and research into actionable insights.




Balance competing priorities for research resources, participants, and CRM capacity.
Executive-Level Stakeholder Management
Guide roadmaps using objective, evidence-based data.
Lead team-wide CRM participant recruitment as the primary owner.
Manage recruitment workflows, including prioritization, targeting, scheduling, incentives, and CRM QA.
Enforce contact frequency, fatigue, privacy, consent, and sample quality controls.
Monitor campaign metrics and member-contact risks to improve the CRM operating model.
Set research planning, participant management, evidence traceability, and quality standards.
Scale responsible AI workflows from planning to impact tracking.
Set validation, privacy, traceability, and quality controls.
Pilot and scale AI workflows based on quality and output impact.
5+ years of UX/behavioral research experience in digital products, e-commerce, SaaS, or subscriptions.
