Salary: €26,710 gross/year + up to €4,290 performance bonus
Relocation support: Available for candidates outside Spain
Join TP Spain as a Sales Acquisition Specialist for a leading travel and hospitality platform. You'll identify and engage professional hosts and business partners, manage the full acquisition pipeline, and guide new clients through onboarding.
Requirements:
~2+ years in sales, business development or recruitment
~ Strong outbound sales and target-achievement experience
~ CRM experience, ideally Salesforce or HubSpot
~ Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
~ Experience with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
~ Resilient, organized and customer-focused
