Aviation Sales Manager – Madrid
Location: Madrid, Spain Office Full-time
Build and lead a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve revenue growth.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and profitability.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the aviation and travel industry.
Drive business development across tour operators, travel agencies, online distribution, and corporate accounts.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, customer feedback,



and market opportunities in the Spanish market to support strategic business decisions.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, reports, and commercial presentations for clients and management.
Organise and participate in trade fairs, events, seminars, roadshows, and product training sessions.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in aviation sales.
Strong knowledge of the aviation industry, with an established network of contacts within the Spanish B2B travel trade and corporate travel segment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve business performance.
Proficiency in MS Office applications. Knowledge of Amadeus is considered an advantage.
Native Spanish speaker with a high level of written and spoken English.
