This role has two sides that need to live in the same person: someone who can sit with the data, the workflows, and the automation in the background - and someone who can step back and ask "what does this actually feel like for the employee going through it?" You'll gather feedback, run surveys, and use what you learn to shape what gets built next, then go build it yourself.
Employee lifecycle products - Build and improve the tools and processes behind every stage of the employee journey: onboarding, performance cycles, internal mobility, promotions, engagement surveys, offboarding etc.
Employee experience & feedback - Design and run surveys, gather qualitative feedback from employees and managers, and turn what you hear into concrete product improvements.
