At Factorial we're looking for a new Sales Account Executive Upsell for the Spanish and Portuguese Market to help us support and scale our Commando team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of Upsellings, you'll be in charge of deal closing of specific features, driving upselling and cross-selling, and driving internal team synergies.
Our Sales team is on a mission to connect businesses with the HR solutions they need to grow — and we’re just getting started. Responsible for managing sales qualified deals, and effectively developing the customer experience, throughout the execution of the sales cycle.
Identify, navigate, and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making process, across the whole sales cycle to a point of close.
Creatively develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quota.
Think creatively and utilize consultative selling techniques to effectively drive prospects throughout the sales process.




Provide a reliable and accurate forecast of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership.
Collaborate daily with internal teams (SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership) to ensure we give the best service to our clients.
Experience of 2 years in sales.
Experience in full-cycle sales B2B.
A proficient level of Portuguese & Spanish is required & professional English.
