The company provides taxi companies with dispatch and fleet management software to support more efficient and sustainable operations.
Задачи

Prospect, engage, travel, and pitch the Dispatch tool to SME taxi companies in Spain
Guide entrepreneurs, fleet owners, and senior dispatchers through operational change
Gather partner feedback about the software and collaborate with Product and Strategy teams to co-build the solution
Support local operations in the respective markets
Own new client onboarding end to end
Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure successful launches
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners after onboarding
Ensure continued partner satisfaction and smooth day-to-day operations
Требования





3–5 Years of professional experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management
Proven track record of managing a B2B pipeline and handling objections
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust and long-term relationships
Ability to understand partner business operations at a process level
Ability to guide new partners through the change process and support software and workflow adoption
Willingness to spend up to 40–50% of working time traveling to meet partners
Fluency in English and Spanish
Nice to have: experience in mobility, logistics, or selling SaaS solutions to SMEs
