Factorial HR is seeking a Strategic Partner Business Developer for the DACH market to elevate our partner ecosystem and drive growth. You’ll act as the central point of contact for sales teams, enable strategic partnerships, and maintain a clean, active pipeline of opportunities. This role focuses on partner enablement, pipeline management, and close collaboration with Sales, Demand Gen, and CX teams in a fast-scaling Saa S environment. Fluency in German and English is required.
