Role Description The Head of Social Ads is a full-time remote role responsible for owning PaidSync.ai’s strategy and execution across social advertising channels, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms. This role leads the planning, launch, optimization, and scaling of social ad campaigns for PaidSync.ai and selected customers, ensuring performance, brand alignment, and efficient use of budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining channel strategies, designing testing roadmaps, setting performance targets, reviewing and refining creative and audience strategies, and using PaidSync’s conversational tools to manage campaigns at scale.
