Role Overview:

Senior Individual contributor sales role for driven hunters focused on owning and growing their own territory and book of business, without people management responsibilities.

We're looking for a senior sales professional to drive new business growth for Sojern's Property Ad Solutions across Spain. You'll use Sojern's full suite of digital marketing solutions — SEM, Metasearch, Display, Social, Email, Native,



and Video — to help hotels increase direct bookings.

You're a self-starter with a hunter mindset. You understand how different hotel segments think about marketing and branding, and you know how to turn that understanding into a pitch that gets a decision-maker's attention. You'll build long-term partnerships that deliver measurable results, and help make Sojern the leading hospitality marketing partner in Spain.

Primary Responsibilities:
Own and grow a portfolio of independent and regional-chain hotel clients across Spain — your specific market focus will be shaped by your experience and existing relationships.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, using Sojern's full suite of advertising solutions (SEM, Metasearch, Email, Social, Display, Native, Video).
Consistently meet and exceed new business targets through cold calling, prospecting, and structured follow-up.
