The Business Planning team is responsible for maximizing the commercial potential of Contentsquare’s product portfolio. The team develops and evolves the company’s business models, pricing, packaging, licensing, and commercial frameworks across products, segments, industries, geographies, and channels.
As a Business Planning Analyst, you will bring analytical rigor and operational discipline to the team’s pricing and packaging work at every stage of the business model lifecycle. Providing data and market-driven insights and analysis to support business model creation.
Translating business requirements to program and engineering teams to facilitate the operationalization of business models in our systems.




Building and supporting a data-driven feedback loop that measures business model performance and informs where pricing or packaging changes may support revenue growth.
Support business model creation. Deliver insights based on data and market analysis in support of the business model design and decision making process.
Analyze commercial performance. Evaluate commercial metrics (revenue, ARR, churn, pipeline) to spot trends and optimize pricing and packaging via clear executive models and recommendations.
Merge product usage data with commercial metrics to understand retention and value. Partner with Product and Analytics to define key performance drivers.
Maintain dashboards tracking pricing efficacy and lead quarterly business reviews with data-driven leadership summaries.
Monitor competitor models, pricing, and packaging to sharpen Contentsquare’s market position and commercial strategy.
