This internship is a great first step into the world of application support and software quality. As an Application Support Intern within our Customer Excellence team, you’ll learn how we make sure our products keep working smoothly for our clients across different brands.
Working closely with your trainer and the wider support team, you’ll review the quality checklists for each brand, help spot and document issues, and follow them through to resolution. When a case needs a deeper look,



you’ll open a Jira ticket and request re-launches where appropriate, gradually building a solid understanding of how incidents are analyzed and resolved.
As part of the team, and with the support of your trainer, you will:
• Review the quality checklist for each brand.
• Open Jira tickets for cases that require more in-depth analysis.
• Share relevant information with the rest of the team, in collaboration with the trainer and the support structure.
