We’re looking for an entrepreneurial SDR / Business Development Partner to help build the next growth chapter of an established boutique Tech Recruitment business.

For the past 7 years , we’ve partnered with 50+ startups and product companies , helping them build and scale Engineering, Data, Product, Cloud and other technology teams.

We’re now expanding internationally, with a clear focus:
US and European product companies building tech teams across Latin America.

This is not a traditional SDR role with a script, a database and a daily activity quota.
We’re looking for someone who wants to build the commercial engine with us.

Requirements:
You’ll work directly with the founder to:
- Identify high-potential US & European startups and scaleups hiring tech talent in LATAM.
- Spot real buying signals: funding, engineering hiring, LATAM expansion, new hubs and team growth.
- Find and engage Founders, CTOs, VPs Engineering and Talent leaders.
- Build highly targeted outbound strategies across LinkedIn and email.
- Experiment with messaging, channels, AI and automation.




- Generate qualified conversations and business opportunities.
- Turn what works into a repeatable international sales playbook .

Who we're looking for

You have experience in B2B Sales, SDR or Business Development , ideally selling to startups or technology companies.
Experience in Recruitment, HRTech, SaaS, nearshore, outsourcing or professional services is a strong plus.
You should:
- Have excellent English.
- Understand how startups and scaleups buy.
- Be comfortable approaching senior decision makers.
- Know LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay or similar tools.
- Be curious about AI-powered prospecting.
- Be highly autonomous and analytical.

But above all, we’re looking for an entrepreneurial mindset .

The opportunity

This will initially be a freelance, success-based collaboration , with meaningful and uncapped commission on the business you generate.
