About the role
Let's get into the specifics. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distil it into a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:
You'll own the CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and security posture behind Mews' Housekeeping and Staff Management (HMS) platform,



one of the few genuinely multi-cloud estates at Mews, spanning AWS, GCP, and a growing Azure footprint. Hotels around the world depend on this platform running reliably, and right now the team is converging legacy Mews housekeeping customers onto HMS, which means the infrastructure underneath needs to scale cleanly while staying secure. It's a rare chance to work hands-on across three cloud providers at once, with real say in how a multi-cloud platform gets built and modernized.
You'll work closely with the HMS Quality and HMS Staffing engineering teams, taking ownership of the infrastructure that lets them ship quickly and safely, while steadily modernizing legacy setups (autoscaling, containerization, less manual operation) as the platform absorbs significant customer growth.
