As a ServiceNow Developer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, testing, and supporting secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
This is a hands-on senior technical role. You will work closely with the ServiceNow Practice Lead, business analysts, architects, business owners,
and other development teams to translate business requirements into effective platform solutions. You will also contribute to technical standards, development quality, platform stability, and the continuous improvement of our ServiceNow capabilities.
Design, develop, configure, test, and support ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Build and enhance solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, App Engine, Now Assist, Virtual Agent , and other ServiceNow capabilities.
Support the adoption of Now Assist and AI-enabled workflows , ensuring appropriate controls, testing, monitoring, and human oversight.
Promote standard ServiceNow functionality and reusable solutions while minimizing unnecessary customization and technical debt.
Perform code reviews, automated testing, release validation, and troubleshooting of complex platform issues.
Support platform upgrades, production deployments, technical documentation, and operational handover.
