Dow Jones is seeking a Senior Manager of Employee & Labor Relations for the EMEA region. Based in Spain, you will work with the VP of Employee & Labor Relations in New York, driving compliant and fair ER across Europe. You will lead high-stakes ER matters, advise regional leadership, and negotiate with employee representatives. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish and deep knowledge of Spain labor laws.
