Job Requisition ID # 26WD100758 Position Overview Autodesk is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to support our Construction business within the Barcelona Inside Sales Hub, with a primary focus on Northern European markets. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will partner with the Inside Sales organization to drive revenue growth by leveraging your industry expertise and technical knowledge of Autodesk solutions. You will engage with customers to understand their business challenges, demonstrate the value of Autodesk technology, and help guide their digital transformation journey. In this customer-facing role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal sales teams, delivering compelling solution demonstrations, supporting sales opportunities, and contributing to market awareness and demand generation activities.
Responsibilities

Partner with Inside Sales Representatives to support and advance sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle
Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer business objectives, workflows, and challenges




Identify customer pain points and recommend Autodesk solutions that align with business outcomes
Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to prospective customers
Support strategic account planning and identify opportunities for expansion within existing and prospective accounts
Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Create and maintain technical assets, including presentations, videos, datasets, and demonstration environments to support sales and marketing initiatives
Deliver webinars and virtual events in support of marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities
Collaborate with the broader Technical Sales organization to support regional sales initiatives and opportunities
Provide technical guidance and pre-sales support to Inside Sales teams
Support reseller and customer enablement activities, including training
