As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly qualified and motivated LIMS/ VeeVa Specialist to join our team.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced LIMS Consultant to support an upcoming project focused on laboratory digitalization. The role will involve contributing to the design, configuration, and deployment of a Veeva Vault LIMS solution, including potential integrations with surrounding systems. This position requires strong understanding of laboratory processes and hands‑on experience with one or more LIMS platforms. Experience with Veeva Vault applications is a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in workshops to define business needs, system scope,



and functional requirementsAnalyze current laboratory workflows and translate them into LIMS processesContribute to the configuration and implementation of Veeva Vault LIMSSupport data modeling, lifecycle configuration, and workflow designCollaborate with QA, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with GxP requirementsAssist in defining and validating system interfaces (ERP, MES, CDS, ELN, instruments, middleware, etc.)Provide user support, documentation, and training as neededRequired QualificationsProven experience working with one or more LIMS platforms (e.g., LabWare, LabVantage, SampleManager, StarLIMS, or others)Strong understanding of laboratory operations, QC/QA processes, and sample lifecycle managementExperience as an end user, key user, admin, or project team member on LIMS initiativesAbility to analyze business processes and translate them into system requirementsFamiliarity with GxP and CSV principles
