Learn more by visiting our website at Role Description We are seeking a Customer Success Lead (remote in UK/EU) to own and scale our customer success function. This role is responsible for driving customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion across our SaaS customer base. You will act as the voice of the customer internally while building processes, leading a role, and partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. As a customer success lead, you will own the relationships with our customers end-to-end. This is a key role in a high-paced environment.
